The resort offers a serene location by the beach and is not too far from the sloth rehabilitation center on the other side of the island. the all-inclusive package includes the chance to ride a horse on the beach and access to the non VIP area. Rooms are spacious with fresh flowers on the bed and the staff always ready to help. the buffet breakfast offers a wide range of delicious fresh fruits and dishes.
Some of the linens, including towels and sheets, could use an upgrade.

The beach and pool areas were amazing. , the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and varied.
The location was a bit isolated, requiring travel to access activities outside of the hotel. there were some mosquitoes in the afternoon and evening that required bug spray.

The perfect romantic escape! We enjoyed the gorgeous beach, crisp waters and the staff in general was amazing. The quality of food offered was outstanding and the complimentary drinks were delicious. We loved that the hotel was located in a serene and quiet location, yet close enough to other attractions to make day trips a breeze.
Although the location was great for a romantic escape, it might be too isolated for some travelers who want to do more activities outside of the hotel. Also, the limited nightlife scene might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Great location with beautiful beach views and fun water activities. the staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated the all-inclusive package for drinks and food. the grounds were kept clean and the resort had a good selection of shops.
The elevator was frequently out of order and the stairs were steep and difficult to navigate. the rooms were not well-maintained with outdated decor and poorly functioning air conditioning units.
